Delivery & Returns



  - Flat rate shipping within the UK: £4.95
  - International shipping calculated by weight, starts at £8.95
  - Payments processed securely by Paypal or Shopify Payments.
  - Orders dispatched from the UK
  - Allow 2 - 5 working days for Standard UK Delivery (occasionally longer at busy times)
  - Allow 5 - 15 working days for Standard International Delivery, depending on your country (USA, Australia, and other customers outside of the EU, please see note at bottom of page)
  - Orders need to be signed for on delivery
  - Please contact us before ordering if you need something in a rush.  We can often arrange express delivery.

    You may like to give a work address if you will not be at home to sign for delivery.

    Order not turned up?  Please check with your local delivery office – they may have attempted delivery when no one was available to sign, they should leave a card to notify you, but sometimes they don’t! 

    If there is still no sign of your package, please contact us.




    You have two options for returning items to us:


    1. CLICK & DROP:


    We now offer FREE returns via Collect+ (sorry, this service is currently only available for UK customers)  Click here and follow the instructions.


    2. POSTAL SERVICE of your choice:


    We are working on offering more options for free returns soon, but in the meantime, if you choose not to return your item via Collect+ (see above) OR you are outside of the UK, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

      a) Circle the item you want to return on the packing slip 
      b) Add a note explaining your reason for return

      d) Please keep a proof of posting
      The original shipping charge on your order is non-refundable, unless you are returning a faulty item, in which case we will refund you for all shipping costs.

      Our returns policy lasts 28 days from the date of receiving your order.  If 28 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, unless the item is faulty, in which case the policy is extended to 60 days.  Ordering from overseas?  Don't panic, we are happy to extend our returns period to allow time for the return shipping - we just ask that you send your return within 21 days of receiving your order.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, with all tags still attached.  By making a purchase, you are agreeing to the returns policy.


      Gift Cards and Final Sale items are not returnable.

      IMPORTANT NOTE FOR RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE THE UK:  A Customs Form will be required by your country’s postal service for international shipping.  When you fill in this form, PLEASE make sure that you tick ‘RETURNED GOODS’ (NOT ‘Commercial Goods’) otherwise we will be charged import tax on your return and will need to deduct this from your refund, OR reject the parcel which will then be sent back to you!  If this option is not listed on the form, please tick ‘Other’ and write ‘Returned Goods – exempt from import tax’.  Please DO NOT send international returns by Fedex as they charge us a clearance fee of GBP £21.00 to receive your package even though it is returned goods.  THANK YOU!  Please allow extra time for the processing of your return if you are returning items from outside of the UK.

      Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3 working days, and the amount will be refunded to your credit/debit card or original method of payment.  It may in some cases take up to 10 working days for the payment to appear on your statement - this is to do with the payment processor and/or your bank, and is out of our control.

      If you would like a different size or colour, please place a new order for the replacement item, and return the original item for a refund.  If your item is faulty, please notify us as soon as possible - we will arrange a replacement or refund.

      Late or missing refunds
      If you have returned an item and haven’t received a refund yet, first make sure you are checking the correct account from which you made payment. If after 14 days you still have not received your refund, please contact us.


      We can offer an extended returns policy on items bought as gifts, please contact us before purchase to arrange this.




      Orders up to the values of AUD $1,000 / US $800 (approx. GBP £600) are exempt from being charged any import duties on arrival in Australia and the USA.  If you are ordering from other countries outside the EU, please check the customs guidelines for your country, and be aware that you may need to pay import tax and duty at the point of delivery of your order, depending on the chargeable value threshold in your country.  We will state the value of the purchased goods on the customs declaration on the package.


      If you make a single order that goes over the threshold (eg. for USA and Australia, an order over approx. £600 in value) you may be liable to pay import duty and tax, so you may prefer to place two separate orders, in order to keep the value of each package below the chargeable threshold. 


      Please click the links to relevant customs info for USA and Australia below.  For other countries (outside the EU) please refer to info from your government customs department.  We will do our upmost to make receiving your items hassle free, but the buyer should remember that you as the purchaser are the legal importer, therefore any import taxes and duties are your responsibility.
