COVID-19 SERVICE UPDATE - 14th April 2020

We would like to reassure you that we will continue to fulfil your online orders.  If this changes, we will immediately post an update here and also via our Social Media channels. 

We will post out orders twice a week.  This is so that we can reduce the journeys to our office, and work from home for part of the week.  Please do get in touch if you have any questions about anything; bear with us if it takes us a day or two longer than usual to reply.

UK customers:
We will automatically upgrade all domestic orders to our Express Tracked shipping service at no extra charge, to help counter any delays that may occur in the postal network.

International customers:
We would strongly advise selecting Express shipping at the checkout, as this will mean your order is sent by DHL who have their own fleets of planes and therefore are most likely to be able to deliver their normal service.
