Drum roll please...introducing: our first ever sequin dress.  We have had many, many requests for a sequin dress, and it has taken a few years of pondering and designing to bring this beauty to you.  The Georgie is a figure-hugging goddess of a dress, in our signature soft stretch cotton.


HOW IT FITS

• STRETCHY: stretchy organic cotton hugs and contours your body, at the same time as providing comfort and freedom of movement. The sequins will streamline your curves, making this style flattering on all body shapes

• SPLIT BACK: a split at the back allows for freedom of movement, whilst showing just the right amount of leg

• BRA-FRIENDLY: the gently scooping v-neck and high back make this dress 100% bra-friendly

• NO ITCHY SEQUINS: we promise our sequins don't itch! The soft fabric and cotton thread is smooth and comfortable against your skin. It’s party wear that feels like lounge wear

COLOUR

Chameleon will woo you with her soft sage green tones. Flashes of mint and warm peachy gold make this sequin glow. A lush, verdant colour, it makes us think of the sea, morning sunshine, and faraway places. We did a very limited run of this colour way back in 2016, and Rosa has been wanting to bring it back ever since.

STYLING IDEAS

The beauty of the Georgie is that she needs very little styling.  You could dress her up with statement earrings and a bold-coloured heel, or chuck on your favourite trainers for running around a festival in.  The Georgie will take you wherever your mood desires.  Our Penny jacket or Supernova bomber can be worn on top for an all-out sequin look.  The Eclipse cape would also make a sublime layer - a truly occasion-worthy outfit. 


ABOUT THE MAKERS

Our clothes are made with a slow fashion ethos. Everything is designed by Rosa and her team in her studio in Cornwall, UK, and made by a female-led family business in Bali, Indonesia. Rosa has been working closely with Annie and her team in Bali since 2010. Every sequin is hand-stitched by a skilled artisan, and each piece comes with a tag showing the name of the maker.
