Compare to your own body shape to help you nail the fit you want.

Before you start:

Ideally, ask someone else to measure you - it can be hard to take measurements accurately by yourself.

Measure yourself without clothes on, or in your underwear.

Hold the tape measure lightly against the skin: don't let it sag, but also don't pull it too tightly around your body.

How to measure accurately:

1. Measure around your bust at the widest point

2. Measure around your waist at the smallest point (usually just above your belly button)

3. Measure around the widest point of your bum (NOT around your hip bone!)
